The proposed dividends are subject to the approval of shareholders at the 34th Annual General Meeting to be duly convened. The date payable and record date of the final dividend and supplemental dividend will be announced at a later date.
Our commitment to dividend continuity
The Company targets to pay out between 30% and 50% of underlying net profit annually. Interim and final dividends are declared following the end of the first half and full financial year results. The Board believes this is a balanced policy taking into consideration the capital needs of the enterprise and sustainable returns to shareholders.
