POPStop: Manned Counters for Drop-Offs and Returns

Across Singapore, SingPost has POPStop counters manned by trained staff to help users with their drop-offs or to send in their returns. POPStop counters are in all our post offices, Tampines MRT station, and supermarkets and convenience stores, including U Stars Supermarket, Cheers and FairPrice Express.

POPStation, Pick & Parcel Santa: Unmanned, Secure Lockers for Pick-Ups and Returns

POPStation, Pick and Parcel Santa are lockers for recipients to collect or return their items securely. POPStation lockers are located in publicly accessible sites islandwide while Parcel Santa is only for use by residents of select private condominiums.

POPDrop: Kiosks for Drop-Offs and Returns

Located islandwide, POPDrop is a kiosk offering a variety of functions. Seamlessly merging innovative technology with customer-centric functionality, each POPDrop kiosk can handle postage purchase, barcode printing from ezy2ship app, and acceptance of local-to-local Registered Service items, including letters and smartpac.
