Keep your important mail safe and private at the post office until you return. You can easily collect your items from designated post office or have them delivered to your letterbox at the end of the retention period.

Fill up your particulars and bring the completed form to any post office.
Document(s) to bring along with your application form:
- Applicant’s National Registration Identity Card (NRIC);
- Photocopies of the National Registration Identity Card (NRIC) of all additional applicant(s), signed by each individual applicant for consent;
- For applicants below 18 years old, consent can be given on their behalf by their parent(s) or legal guardian.
You can make payment via cash, NETS, and credit cards.

Renew via mySAM

Renew via online or SingPost mobile app via the bill payment function, ‘Pay With SAM’.

Payment can be made via credit card or eNETs.
