Track Your Registered Mail
Upon posting, a 9-digit tracking number starting with RA and ends with SG (e.g., RA123456789SG) is provided to check delivery status and offer reassurance, though tracking only reflects major milestones rather than detailed scan-by-scan updates. The foreign Registered Service number may have different formats, so please confirm with the Sender / Overseas Postal Administration.
Compensation
SingPost shall not be liable under any circumstances for paper-related items such as documents.
Value-Added Services
Advice of Receipt (AR)
Advice of Receipt (AR) is an optional service available for an additional $1.00 (on top of the registered fee and postage) when registering a mail item. With AR, the recipient signs an AR card, which is then automatically returned to the sender via mail upon successful delivery.
A digital copy of the signed delivery receipt is also available to the sender upon successful request from the recipient's Postal Administration, a process that may take up to 3 working days for local requests and at least 25 working days for overseas requests.
Digital Copy of Signed Delivery Receipt (after posting)
If you require a digital copy of the signed delivery receipt and you have not opted for the AR service at the point of posting, a nominal fee may be charged.
Recipients must sign for registered mail upon delivery, with the digital signature serving as official, sender-accessible proof of delivery; if unavailable, a Delivery Notification Card is left, and the item is held at the nearest post office for 10 working days.
To request for a digital copy of the signed delivery receipt, please fill in the Enquiry Form.
