Registered Service is an affordable and reliable way to send important paper-based items such as letters, documents, and printed materials of no commercial value, internationally. This service ensures safe delivery and requires a signature upon arrival, giving you peace of mind.
You can send items weighing up to 2kg via Registered Service, as long as the destination country accepts the service. This makes it ideal for letters, documents, and printed materials with no commercial value.
For selected countries, you can track your item’s status, though tracking for local-to-overseas deliveries begins after 18 working days. Remember, any enquiries must be made within six months of posting. Choose Registered Service for secure and accountable delivery of your important items.

Paid Options
Advice of Receipt (AR)
AR is an optional service that is available for opt-in when registering a mail item. With AR service, the recipient will be requested to sign on the AR card and this card will be automatically returned to the sender via mail upon successful delivery. This optional service is available at $1.00, on top of the registered fee plus postage.
The Signed Delivery Receipt is only available to the sender as a digital copy upon a successful request from the recipient's Postal Administration.
This request may require up to 3 working days (for local) and at least 25 working days (for overseas) to be processed.
Digital Copy of Signed Delivery Receipt (after posting)
If you require a digital copy of your signed delivery receipt after posting and did not opt for the AR service at that time, a nominal fee may apply. Please note the following:
- Recipients must sign for registered Service upon delivery, and the digital signature serves as official proof of delivery.
- If a recipient is unavailable to sign, a Delivery Notification Card will be left, and the item will be held at the nearest post office for 10 working days.
- Tracking for local-to-local delivery is only available after 7 working days from posting.
- Tracking for local-to-overseas delivery is only available after 18 working days from posting.
- Enquiries for each registered Service item must be made within six (6) months from the posting date.
